9th Grade Choir is for anyone and everyone who enjoys singing! In 9th grade, a world of musical opportunities is
open for our students. Members of the 9th grade choir sing a variety of repertoire from musical styles such
as pop music, spirituals, folk songs, sacred music, secular music, carols, art songs, and gospel (just to name a few)
For the first time, students are given the opportunity to experience voice lessons! These twenty-minutes lessons
will be taught by either Mr. Joseph or Mrs. Olson and focus on proper vocal technique and healthy sound production while working

In 9th grade choir students are given the opportunity for leadership. Each choral ensemble elects a choir
president and vice president. These students represent their choir at officer meetings and perform various duties throughout
the year.
